1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Welcome to Amplify Your Voice (“AYV”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the AYV website, courses, coaching programs, digital products, downloads, resources, and other services offered by Amplify Your Voice.

By accessing this website, creating an account, purchasing a product or service, enrolling in a course or coaching program, or otherwise using AYV materials or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not purchase, access, or use AYV products or services.

AYV is based in Florida, United States.

2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

AYV provides educational resources and services designed primarily to support independent artists in areas including artist development, music business, branding, marketing, audience growth, career strategy, mindset, and related topics.

Products and services may include:

• Self-paced online courses
• One-on-one coaching programs
• Digital books and guides
• Worksheets, templates, and downloadable resources
• Free educational resources
• Videos, trainings, and other digital content

Specific features, pricing, availability, and inclusions are described on the applicable sales or checkout page and may change over time.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and are subject to change for future purchases.

Certain AYV programs may offer both a one-time payment and an installment payment option. If you select a payment plan, you are agreeing to pay the entire amount of the payment plan, not purchasing a month-to-month subscription that can be canceled at any time.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, selecting an installment plan authorizes the payment processor to automatically charge the payment method provided according to the payment schedule presented at purchase.

If a scheduled payment fails, AYV may temporarily suspend access to the applicable course, program, coaching services, or digital materials until the account is brought current.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers. Your use of those services may also be subject to the provider's terms and privacy practices.

4. DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND COURSE ACCESS

AYV courses, handbooks, downloads, templates, videos, and other digital materials are provided for the personal use of the purchaser unless expressly stated otherwise.

Course access is provided to the individual who enrolled or purchased the course. Login credentials may not be shared with another person.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, resell, publish, upload, share, teach from, commercially exploit, or otherwise make AYV course materials or digital products available to others without prior written permission from AYV.

Purchasing an AYV product grants you a limited personal-use license to access the materials. It does not transfer ownership of the content or intellectual property to you.

Students enrolled in the self-paced Amplify Your Voice course may contact AYV by email with questions related to the course and its content. Email support is intended to provide general guidance, clarification, and support related to the course materials. It does not include private coaching, individualized consulting, ongoing one-on-one services, or guaranteed response times. AYV will make reasonable efforts to respond to student questions in a timely manner.

5. COACHING SERVICES

AYV coaching is designed to provide education, strategy, guidance, accountability, and support related to artist development and career growth.

Coaching is a collaborative process. Your results depend on many factors, including your participation, decisions, implementation, circumstances, experience, audience, market conditions, and other factors outside AYV's control.

Coaching does not create an employment, agency, management, legal, fiduciary, or partnership relationship between AYV and the client.

Unless expressly agreed to in writing, AYV does not act as your artist manager, booking agent, record label, attorney, accountant, financial advisor, or talent representative.

Coaching services are not mental health treatment, psychotherapy, medical treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or other licensed professional services.

6. COACHING APPOINTMENTS AND RESCHEDULING

Clients are responsible for scheduling and attending coaching sessions included with their program.

If you need to reschedule a session, please provide as much advance notice as reasonably possible.

Repeated missed appointments, excessive rescheduling, or failure to participate does not automatically extend the duration of a coaching program.

AYV may reschedule a session when necessary and will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative appointment.

7. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Amplify Your Voice offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on the self-paced Amplify Your Voice course, subject to the eligibility requirements below.

The purpose of this guarantee is to give students the opportunity to complete the program and determine whether it provides the education, tools, and direction described on the sales page.

To qualify for the 30-day money-back guarantee, you must have completed all 12 modules of the Amplify Your Voice course. Worksheets, exercises, downloads, and other supplemental resources are provided to support your learning but are not required to qualify for the guarantee.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date. AYV may request reasonable evidence of course completion before issuing a refund.

Refund requests should be submitted by email to anisa@ayvcourse.com.

The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to the self-paced Amplify Your Voice course only. Private coaching sessions, personalized services, and other services involving the time of an AYV coach are not covered by this guarantee. Coaching may be provided by Anisa Singh or another qualified Amplify Your Voice coach with relevant music-industry experience and training in the AYV program and methodology. The 12-week AYV 1:1 Coaching program is subject to the cancellation and refund terms disclosed at checkout or enrollment.

For purchases made through a payment plan, requesting a refund does not automatically cancel future payments. If a purchase qualifies for and receives a refund under this policy, any remaining payment obligations associated with that refunded purchase will be canceled.

Downloadable digital products sold separately from the Amplify Your Voice course—including ebooks, handbooks, templates, and other digital resources—are considered final once delivered or accessed unless a different written refund policy is expressly provided at the time of purchase.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any non-waivable consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.

8. RESULTS DISCLAIMER

AYV provides education, strategy, resources, coaching, and guidance. We do not guarantee specific career, financial, audience-growth, streaming, booking, publicity, social-media, industry, or other results.

Examples of AYV, Anisa Singh, Latitude28, clients, artists, or other individuals achieving particular results are provided for educational or illustrative purposes and should not be interpreted as a promise that another person will achieve the same outcome.

The music industry is constantly changing, and results vary based on numerous factors.

Your decisions, actions, implementation, and career remain your responsibility.

9. INDUSTRY OPPORTUNITIES AND THIRD PARTIES

AYV may discuss or provide information about music platforms, venues, companies, organizations, media outlets, social networks, distributors, performance opportunities, industry professionals, or other third parties.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, mentioning a company or organization does not mean that the company sponsors, endorses, partners with, or is affiliated with AYV.

AYV cannot guarantee acceptance, placement, bookings, media coverage, verification, contracts, representation, playlist placement, record deals, revenue, or other opportunities from third parties.

Third-party services and opportunities are governed by their own requirements, decisions, policies, and terms.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise indicated, AYV's original course materials, written content, videos, worksheets, guides, frameworks, graphics, training materials, downloads, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Amplify Your Voice and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use purchased or freely provided AYV resources for your own personal educational and career-development purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, distribute, modify for resale, upload to shared repositories, create competing educational products from, or otherwise commercially exploit AYV materials without prior written permission.

AYV respects the intellectual property rights of others. Third-party names, trademarks, music, images, platforms, and other materials referenced on the website remain the property of their respective owners.

11. USER ACCOUNTS

Certain AYV products may require you to create or use an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for activity occurring through your account.

Please notify AYV if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

AYV may suspend or terminate access when there is reasonable evidence of unauthorized account sharing, fraudulent activity, misuse of materials, or a material violation of these Terms.

12. FREE RESOURCES

AYV may provide free guides, downloads, videos, trainings, blog articles, and other educational resources.

Free does not mean unrestricted ownership. Unless expressly stated otherwise, AYV retains its intellectual property rights in free materials, and those resources remain subject to the personal-use and intellectual-property provisions of these Terms.

13. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

When you voluntarily provide your email address, purchase a product, request a resource, or subscribe to AYV communications, you may receive messages related to your request, purchase, account, course, coaching program, or other AYV services.

Where permitted and based on the choices you make, AYV may also send educational or promotional communications.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe option provided in those messages. Certain transactional or account-related communications may still be necessary to provide products or services you requested.

14. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES

AYV may update, modify, replace, discontinue, or improve portions of the website, resources, courses, or services when reasonably necessary.

AYV does not guarantee that the website or every digital service will operate uninterrupted or error-free at all times.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, updates, internet outages, third-party platforms, hosting providers, payment processors, or circumstances outside AYV's reasonable control.

15. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to misuse the AYV website, accounts, courses, downloads, or services.

This includes attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems; sharing restricted course access; distributing copyrighted materials without permission; using AYV services for unlawful activity; interfering with website functionality; or intentionally using AYV materials in a manner that violates these Terms.

16. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

The AYV website may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, social networks, payment processors, scheduling platforms, video services, music platforms, and other external services.

AYV does not control these third parties and is not responsible for their availability, content, policies, security practices, or independent actions.

You should review the applicable terms and privacy policies of third-party services you choose to use.

17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AYV will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, AYV products, services, website content, or third-party services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

18. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

19. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

AYV may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time as the business, services, technology, or legal requirements change.

The most current version will be posted on this website with an updated effective date.

Changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law permits or requires otherwise.
